Not that Parsis can't have babies... They're so closed a community (could it be said as castist?!!) without allowing anyone from outside to join them... Anyone marrying outside the community is kicked out and could claim no financial inheritance... Obviously, it has to shrink and the wealth amassing within the remaining... Government helps in-community expansion, because they're rich...
