Economic Survey (Pg: 150 & 151 Volume 1) cites Wikipedia for data on “no. of banks in the Global Top 100 (2019) and data on “Country’s GDP and no. of banks”
Data cited from heritage.org (Pg: 68, fraserinstitute.org (Pg: 69) to assess international economic freedom data!
I read the most chapters of the Survey. It is fcuk all.
Wherever data for past two years look bad, they have made 30 year graph to paint that things are good.
And in household savings, private consumption graphs they didn’t mention 2019-20 & 2019-2020 at all (Both estimates and actuals)
Could be because of no NSO data or could be something else (Volume 2 - Pg: 22, 24, 26)
