Of the 5,151 projects initially proposed, just 917 have been completed. That is just 17.8% in 5 years, or around 3.6% a year.
In value terms, the share of work completed amounts to just 11% of the total, which comes to 2.2% annually.
Of the INR 48,000 crore approved, just 6,160 crore have been utilized.
